One of the most extreme Brazilian Thrash Metal bands, Attomica challenged the limits of human capability playing at inhuman speeds. Their 1987 self-titled debut featured a raw Black/Thrash sound, similar to Vulcano, and Sarcofago. Their classic album "Limits of insanity" has been released in 1989, quickly becoming one of the most interesting thrash metal albums from the late 80?s. Their style, mixing fast as hell thrash metal, speed and an hint of death metal, can be tracked back to early Sepultura, Sadus and Mutilator. Playing at insane speed and with an amazingly good songwriting, they even achived in being picked as the official supporting band for the Kreator South American tour in early 90's!
