TWO EPs OF SAVAGE FRENCH OLD-SCHOOL DEATH METAL – 9 TRACKS OF PURE HORROR-OBSESSED BRUTALITY!! A killer collection bringing together two EPs by French DEATH METAL maniacs VOORHEES: their debut "Chapter One" (2017) and "Chapter Two & a Half" (2021), now combined on a single CD! Deeply devoted to the golden age of late '80s and early '90s DEATH METAL, VOORHEES deliver a crushing mixture of savage guitar riffs, guttural growls, pounding drums and sinister, horror-inspired atmospheres. Strongly influenced by classic DEATH, MASSACRE, OBITUARY and GRUESOME, their music captures the raw aggression and memorable songwriting of the genre's pioneering years. From the primitive brutality of their first recordings to the heavier, more developed sound of their 2021 material, these 9 tracks offer an excellent introduction to the band's blood-soaked musical universe! Official 4-panel digipack edition on FETZNER DEATH RECORDS, including sticker.
